Customer Service
Shoe Explosion values its customer base and is committed to customer satisfaction. We would rather “have the customer than the sale”. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase send it back to us and we will replace it or give you a refund (in accordance with the Return policy below)

Shipping and Handling
Shoe Explosion prices its merchandise as competitively as possible. No shipping and handling charges are included in the cost of the shoes. Most orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail with the package insured for the value of its contents. Shipping and handling charges are as follows:

• Priority Mail Service (3 to 4 business days from receipt of order) $9.00
• Express Mail Service (1 to 2 business days from receipt of order) $25.00

Note - Phone orders paid by check will be shipped once the check has cleared.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Shoe Explosion will gladly accept the return of the merchandise. All unworn merchandise must be returned (with receipt) in its original packaging. Refunds will be credited in the same manner as the payment was made. It is our recommendation that an insured carrier is used as shoe explosion is not responsible for lost packages. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All sales are considered final after 30 days.

Refused/Return-to-Sender Packages
Please do not refuse your order. If an order is refused when delivered, or the package is returned to Shoe Explosion marked "Return-to-Sender", a $15.00 restocking/handling fee will be charged. If an order is no longer desired, please accept the package from the carrier and adhere to the Shoe Explosion Return policy.
